Thank you so much for shopping with Sweet Henni’s! We want you to love every piece you purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we are happy to help.

• Return & Exchange Window:
  • You may return or exchange items within 10 days of receiving your order for a refund or store credit.
• Item Condition for Return:
  • To be eligible, your item must be:
    • Unworn, unwashed, and unused.
    • In the same condition you received it.
    • With all original tags attached.
    • In original packaging (if applicable).
• Non-Returnable Items:
  • Final Sale Items.
  • Accessories and Jewelry.
  • Custom or Special Orders.
• How to Start a Return:
  • Email us at sweethennis@gmail.com with your name, order, and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions from there.
• Refunds & Processing:
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we'll issue your refund or store credit within 3-5 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
